How do I know what training to take?

Your training is based on what you have access to do in the system. For example, if you advise students, you will have access to a range of resources to help you begin using Workday’s advising functionality (e.g., enter an advising note).  

As we get closer to when you need to use the system, we will communicate with you about what resources will be beneficial for you to take or access based on your role in the system.

Also, students, faculty and staff have access to a wide range of Workday Student support resources on the Workday@WashU website. You can use these resources to help you get started using the system in preparation for role-based training or registration in the spring.
