Senior Communications Specialist
Allison supports the Advising, Curriculum, and Degree Audit cross functional team.
She has been with the university since June 2013 and joined the Student Sunrise project in September 2021. Previously, Allison was a communications specialist on the MyDay project, focusing on “technology” workstreams, like reporting, integrations, and data warehouse project, throughout the Workday HCM/ FIN implementation. She also worked in the Office of Medical Public Affairs for six years as their first social media coordinator and then shifted to communications and web strategy, launching WashU Sites.
Allison double majored in Spanish and is still relatively fluent, so she enjoys watching shows in Spanish. She wants to visit Spain again someday, especially Barcelona. When she’s not at work, Allison likes to garden, play with her cats, and watch TV.
