Jessica supports the Student Sunrise project as the Cross-Functional Business Analyst, supporting all student functional teams. She has worked for the university since 2002 and joined the project in March 2022.
She worked in the Office for International Students and Scholars for 16.5 years, overseeing the administrative admissions, international student/scholar payroll, and the internal OISS administrative processes. She then moved to the Shared Business Services Hub, working as a reporting & systems analyst for 3.5 years.
With her husband, Jessica advocates for a non-profit called BurnPits 360 which works to spread awareness of veteran toxic exposure and helps to get their VA benefits. Their bill, H.R. 3967: Honoring our PACT Act of 2021, recently passed the House and is under consideration by the Senate.
