Will I be able to report on pre-2021 students from Workday?

Reporting on this population within Workday is limited and intended only to facilitate transcript reporting and production.

We won’t be able to build reports in Workday that include both active students and pre-2021 students on the same report; that will have to be done outside of Workday. Additional reporting on pre-2021 students is expected to be available through the data warehouse.

Individual financial transactions will not be converted to Workday but will be archived for reporting purposes. Student credit and debit balances will be converted in 2025 before fall refunds are processed.
