Plan Stage: Academic Process Transformation
Through Student Sunrise, we are reimagining a number of critical academic processes in advising, registration, degree audit and course planning. Huron Consulting Group, one of our partners for the project, is leading this effort with the support of the WashU Sunrise project team, the Sunrise implementation campus teams and other members of the campus community.
During the Plan Stage, campus participants helped the project team prioritize areas for transformation and develop preliminary designs of our future state academic processes.
Discovery Phase
The Student Sunrise project engaged a number of staff and some students during the project’s Discovery Phase, which ran from March 2020 to May 2021. The Discovery Phase included several projects designed to help us understand our current state and begin foundational work to set the project up for success.
