Admissions is an essential part of the academic life cycle. Even though WashU is not implementing Workday’s core admissions functionality, there will be important changes in the admissions space once we go live with Workday Student on Feb. 17, 2025.
Learning Workday
Some admissions office staff may need to view admissions-related data and manage some tasks in Workday beginning Feb. 17, 2025, including:
- Viewing admissions-related reports
- Tracking new student onboarding tasks
- Viewing student prospects’ record/profile
- Understanding and reporting on student tags
- Adding applications for existing students
- Managing deferrals, declined offers, and rescinding offers before the start of the term
Reference Materials
Reference materials on the above and other key changes will be available in late December 2024.
