Enhanced academic progress tracking
For all students
Workday will keep track of your academic requirements, or coursework you need to complete for your degree, making it easy to monitor your progress.
For Danforth graduates, undergraduates and School of Medicine students who self-register
- You can plan courses for upcoming semesters using one or multiple saved schedules, which are similar to a registration worksheet in WebSTAC. You can register directly from a saved schedule.
- You can better map out when and how you’ll meet your academic requirements, i.e., what semester/year to take a particular course.
Greater transparency
For all students
- You can see all your advisors and support team, including faculty advisors and dissertation advisors, in one place, making it easier to connect with them.
- Advisors can more easily share advising notes with one another to better support your needs.
- You will have a clearer picture of what you need for graduation through academic plans and academic plan templates.
- If indicated, your pronouns will be visible to your instructors and advisors.
For Danforth graduates, undergraduates and School of Medicine students who self-register
- You will be able to tell whether you are eligible to take or waitlist for a class prior to registration.
- Greater enforcement of course eligibility requirements (e.g. pre-requisites and co-requisites) should result in shorter waitlists and help you get the classes you need.
Simplified financial management
For all students
- You’ll be able to see and pay your tuition in one place.
- You also can see any anticipated aid you’ll receive.
- You can add additional payers, like family members.
