This timeline provides all the essential information to understand which systems to use for key academic tasks before you graduate.
| Dec. 19, 2024 | Students can no longer apply for an inter-division transfer, i.e., from Arts & Sciences to Olin, in WebSTAC. |
| Feb. 6, 2025 | Students can no longer update majors or minors in WebSTAC. If you need to edit your program(s) of study, please contact your advisor. |
| Feb. 17, 2025 | All students get access to Workday and can begin updating personal information: – Review and update your personal information and privacy settings if necessary. Use WebSTAC for Spring or Summer 2025 information and tasks, like: -Edit Spring or Summer 2025 schedule -Summer 2025 registration -Address academic holds -Financial transactions and tuition payments |
| March 2025 | If applicable, search for and register for Summer 2025 courses in WebSTAC/ Course Listings. |
| May 2025 | View Spring 2025 grades in WebSTAC. |
| Aug. 2025 | View Summer 2025 grades, which will be posted in WebSTAC and Workday. Visit registrar.washu.edu to request official transcripts after August 26, 2025. |
