How is Workday’s third-party access managed?

The student determines who to give third-party access to, providing that person’s personal email address so that they receive a secure, automated email from Workday to create their unique login. Those with third-party access will not have access to Workday the way that we all do as WashU employees but only to the limited number of tasks that their student has determined and nothing else. Students can update the third-party access, including revoking it, at any time.
