What existing student data will be available in Workday Student?

Students who were enrolled in a course and/or received a grade for a course from Fall 2021 onward will have an academic record in Workday Student.

For example, a current MD/PhD (MSTP) student who started in 2018 will have their (entire) academic record visible in Workday, since they would have been enrolled in one or more courses and/or received grades in Fall 2021 and beyond – and are still doing so.

Student data from 1970 to 2021 has also been converted from SIS to Workday. Students who have not registered or received a grade in a course after Fall 2021 will still be converted to  Workday but will not have an academic record. Students must have an academic record to show on reports, so those students will not be reportable. They are in Workday for transcript generation purposes only.
