Rock out at Mock enRoll

If you’ve ever been in WebSTAC (or WebFAC, or Course Listings) and thought “This system is bananas! B-A-N-A-N-A-S!” Workday is for you. (Apologies to Gwen Stefani and No Doubt.)

While course and course section managers have been rockin’ in the system since Sept. 23. Students, advisors and others will begin using Workday Student in February. To help them become a Workday rockstar, we’re offering Mock enRoll, an opportunity to preview the system and understand how some registration functions work in Workday.

Mock enRoll is open to anyone at WashU, but you’ll get the most out of it if you’re a student, advisor or anyone who teaches, grades or supports registration.

Events will be held from Nov. 11-21, with at least one event hosted by every school. You can attend the event for your school or find another event at a time that’s more convenient for you. We’re also offering virtual options for students who are online only. Those students will receive more information about pre-registering for those events directly.

All in-person events are drop-in or open house style, so plan to come for as long as you can, whenever you can. Be sure to bring your laptop.

At the events, you’ll use the training resources found on the Workday@WashU website to help you navigate the new system. They are available now, if you’d like to get in the zone. Sort of like listening to the band’s CD before the concert.

You may find it helpful to check out Go-Live pages for advisors, instructors, course and course section managers and students, review recordings and FAQs from our Sneak Peek series or read go-live information on the Sunrise website. You may also complete the following eLearnings beforehand to feel more prepared.
