Workday is a complex system and brings many changes to how we do things today. So even if you won’t need to use Workday for a couple months, now is the time to prepare. Several fall events are planned that are open to anyone interested.

Leading through change: Katelyn McConnell

In summer 2023, the Office of the Provost launched an advising working group, led by McConnell, to assess current practices and promote collaboration.

Preparing students for Workday

The Student Sunrise project is preparing to help students transition to Workday Student as we retire WebSTAC and other systems students use to navigate their academic careers at WashU.

Ready, set, get involved!

Check out the different opportunities for you to get ready for Workday Student, starting now with Workday Student Sneak Peeks.

What’s on the horizon for Workday Student?

Advisors, instructors, students, and other affected stakeholder groups will begin to see and hear more details of our transition to Workday Student beginning fall 2023.

Change impact discussions to begin in June

These sessions are the first of five throughout the project that will ensure an understanding of the effects of key changes on our culture, people, roles, processes, policies and systems.
