WashU leadership has committed to using Workday Student as the universal tool for advising and degree audit across the university. But what is a degree audit?

Campus team members had an opportunity to explore Workday Student as part of a system testing event held on Feb 16.

In summer 2023, the Office of the Provost launched an advising working group, led by McConnell, to assess current practices and promote collaboration.

The Graduate Admissions project concluded Phase II in March 2024, marking the end of the two-and-a-half-year effort to consolidate and streamline graduate admissions systems and processes at WashU. 

Course management staff will lead the way this fall, followed by students, advisors (including faculty) and other support staff next spring.

The Student Sunrise project is preparing to help students transition to Workday Student as we retire WebSTAC and other systems students use to navigate their academic careers at WashU.
